The Blast-it-all, ABC Shot Peener pressure blast cabinet is specifically designed to provide precise and effective blast peening of metal components using steel shot or steel grit. The gravity fed system allows spent shot or grit to flow back into the blast pot located directly under the cabinet for reuse. The adjustable media valve controls media flow while the included regulator adjusts pressure. Foot pedal operation makes those long peeing projects easier to handle.
The simple design is easily maintained and can be coupled with various types of dust collection to keep the cabinet clear while blasting for increased visibility. LED lights keep the work area bright as well. The cabinet and can be used for a wide range of applications, including cleaning, deburring, peening, and surface preparation of metal components.
